  • Global Standard for Food Safety

    Scope covered: The production, conditioning and packaging of cured vanilla products (chunks/cuts, pods, extract & extract with seeds, paste, powder, vanilla seeds and vanilla flavored sugar) and the packaging of raw cane sugars in either vacuum packed plastic packaging, glass or PET packaging.

    Exclusion from scope: Sea salt & honey.

  • Kosher certification

    To ensure that all ingredients and derivatives adhere to all Kosher Law requirements.

    Scope covered: Invert sugar, raw sugar cane, vanilla extract with alcohol, vanilla extract with seeds, vanilla extract without alcohol, vanilla flavored sugars, vanilla paste, vanilla pods, vanilla powder

  • Halal certification

    Covers a set of practices that are allowed by the Muslim religion associated with food that is acceptable according to Islamic law.

    Scope covered: Vanilla extract, vanilla paste, vanilla powder, vanilla beans, vanilla seeds and vanilla extract with seeds

  • Ecocert Organic Standard

    Ensure a minimum threshold of 95% of natural ingredients from organic farming to be reached.

    Scope covered: Spent vanilla powder (organic), vanilla extract – buy and resell (organic), vanilla extract – production (contains organic ingredients), vanilla seeds (organic), vanilla powder (organic), vanilla flavored sugar, (contains organic ingredients), cured vanilla (organic)

  • Fairtrade certification

    Ingredients and products have been certified, sourced, traded and audited in compliance with Fairtrade Standards
