Chocolate Chip Cookies

Serves: Up to 20 cookies

Ingredients:

140 g butter

180 g of brown sugar

1tsp of vanilla extract or 1 vanilla pod

1 large egg

225 g flour

180 g of dark chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Melt the butter and whisk it with the brown sugar and vanilla.

Whisk in the egg.

Fold in the flour and chocolate chips.

Using your hands form small balls with the dough and place on a greased baking tray. There must be space between them as they will spread with the heat.

Bake for 10-15 minutes and let it cool.
