Vanilla Rum

Ingredients:

1 liter of rum

5 g of vanilla chunks

5 or 6 spoons of cane sugar or brown sugar. The dosage of sugar will depend on the sweetness you want.

Method:

Pour the content of one liter of rum into an airtight bottle.

Add your vanilla chunks and sugar.

Close tightly and place in a cupboard at room temperature.

Leave to macerate 4 months by turning the bottle weekly.
