Vaynilla’s filet mignon with wild honey

Ingredients:

1 pork or veal filet mignon

4 tbsp vanilla flavoured honey

30 g butter

1 vanilla pod

“Fleur de sel” salt

Black pepper

2 tbsp Sesame oil

Method:

Melt the honey and butter in a pan.

Add the vanilla pod that you have split in half.

Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper and brown in the sesame oil.

Place the filet mignon in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with the butter mixture.

Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 210°C, basting the filet regularly. Add water if it looks dry.
